Eze is a seaside village in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France. Eze is one of the 13 villages on the Route des Villages Perchés planned by the Nice Côte d'Azur Tourism Department. The other 12 villages include Aspremont, Castagniers, Coaraze, Colomars, Duranus, Falicon, La Gaude, La Roquette Roquette, Levens, Saint-Blaise, Saint-Jeannet and Tourrette-Levens.
This small medieval village of Eze is famous for its beauty and charm. Its numerous shops, art galleries, hotels and restaurants attract a large number of tourists and honeymooners. For this reason, Èze is known by some as a village museum, a "museum village", since few local residents live here. The village's motto is "Isis Moriendo Renascor" (meaning "After death I am reborn"), and the village emblem is a phoenix perched on a bone. Traditionally, the territory of the Principality of Monaco is considered to start from the village of Eze and extend along the Mediterranean coast to Menton, the current border with Italy. The local dialect is similar to Monegasque in the nearby Principality of Monaco and is related to Ligurian but with some influence from Occitan, which is now almost extinct.

Enter the hotel through the elegant small entrance and go to the front desk to check in. Due to the hot weather, the hotel staff very considerately served me iced tea and delicious desserts. The exquisite porcelain plate with the desserts was decorated with two little birds that caught my eye. It also made me feel that this hotel's welcome style is very considerate. The furnishings in the hotel lobby are meticulous and elegant, showing taste and art everywhere. When I went to my room, I passed an antique piano covered with hand-painted patterns.
There are many bird ornaments displayed next to the hotel's front desk. I was told that the hotel founder likes birds very much and therefore bird ornaments can be seen everywhere in the lobby, restaurant, garden, and even in the guest rooms.I was deepy impressed by the hotel owner making full use of his collections to decorate his own hotel. I was amazed and curious about who the hotel owner is.
Extremely Romantic Restaurant,
Perfect Scene for Couples
I went to the Italian restaurant on the hotel terrace for lunch while I was waiting for the room ready for check-in. I looked down at the swimming pool and gardens surrounded by greenery from the restaurant, the entire scene looked so unreal and made me felt like I was in wonderland.
The French restaurant is beautifully decorated with flowers in the evening, and is filled with a romantic atmosphere. It is simply the best scene for couples to propose or celebrate anniversary. I strongly recommend couples to visit here, and their emotions will definitely heat up quickly.

Not only from the wallpaper to the floor, but also from the bed to the furniture, they are all made of top quality materials. Every corner of the suite shows the designer's attention to detail. I admire that the patterns of wallpaper and sofa in the living room are consistent and elegant.

Unique Breakfast in Wonderland
When traveling in Europe, I always look forward to the breakfast in hotels. I chose to have breakfast in an outdoor restaurant. Amidst the greenery and the chirping of insects and birds, I had breakfast while looking at the big trees in the courtyard and overlooking the clusters of flowers.
